Dear Lions & Leos,

On this momentous occasion, I extend my heartfelt congratulations to each and every one of us on this Inauguration of our District 308 B3, Malaysia and the Installation of Cabinet Officers and Club Presidents for the 2023-2024 Lionistic year. This remarkable milestone marks the beginning of a new chapter in our Lionistic journey, as we come together as a united force dedicated to serving our communities, empow­ering lives, and making a lasting impact. As the first District Governor of District 308 B3, Malay­sia, I commend the commitment, dedication, and tireless efforts of all our Lions and Leos in building this district from the ground up.

To our Cabinet Officers and Club Presidents, I extend my deepest appreciation for accepting the responsibilities that come with your roles. Your dedication and leadership will guide us towards achieving our goals and leaving an indelible legacy in our communities . I have complete confidence in your abilities to inspire, motivate, and mobilize our Lions and Leos to reach new heights.

As we embark on this exciting journey together, let us remember that the power of Lions and Leos lies in our collective strength. By upholding the Lions motto, “We Serve,” and embracing our core values of fellowship, integrity, and humanitarian service, we will create a ripple effect of positive change that will transform countless lives.

Once again, do allow me to congratulate the Organising Chairperson, Leo-Lion Leong Jun Hao and his team for putting all the effort in making this event a memorable one for every one.
